My sweet girl....

It's been awhile since I've updated on Kyalynn. She is doing FABULOUS! She is such a hard worker and asks to do the dishwasher several times a day. She also is the first one to offer to help carry groceries in, or set the table, or get Samuel's things for me. Such a sweet blessing!!
We are hoping to sign her up for Equestrian Therapy come Summer and had to have her physical today. Her height isn't even on the charts she's such a teeny, tiny thing. LOL! I love seeing Kyalynn out of her element (meaning not the normal routine) because she just shines. She spoke very clearly and distinctly to the nurses and the doctor. However, that paper gown they made her wear did not last long. LOL! She ripped that baby off and was happy to sit naked as a jay bird.  Good thing the doctor was a woman. :)

Kyalynn is communicating better each month and can express her needs and wants so much better now than even 2 months ago. She is doing well in school and follows along well but isn't as quick to answer questions as Connor and so sometimes gets frustrated when he keeps throwing out the answers that she very well knows.  She thrives in her routine and we try very hard to keep things smooth for her but I will admit to throwing a wrench in things sometimes just because that's how the real world is and I want her to be ready for it someday.

Often times you can find her singing away as she goes about her day, happy, content and full of life. She spends countless hours with our animals and somewhere in the future she just might be a veterinarian or an entomologist. Only God knows what He has planned for this bright ray of sunshine but boy, oh boy, are we so very thankful He chose us to be her parents!

She is absolutely adorable! How old is she? We did equestrian therapy with one of our children and it was such a great experience! I hope it works out for her, especially since she's such an animal lover!
